Chief Content Officer, Trusted Media Brands
A media and marketing professional with more than 25 years of experience building brands and audiences, Beth oversees Trusted Media Brand's print and digital content teams, including Taste of Home, Reader's Digest, Family Handyman and Birds & Blooms, and running the company’s Milwaukee office, home to three Test Kitchens and multiple still photography and video production studios.
Inititally hired to transform the Taste of Home brand, Beth reorganized the Milwaukee staff and operations, completed a brand redesign and implemented a cohesive omnichannel content strategy, resulting in the growth of Taste of Home's website audience from 12MM monthly unique visitors (MUVs} to 32.2MM MUVs, 77% growth in the brand's social media audiences and the launch of ancillary businesses, including a baking affinity group and a line of cookware and bakeware products.
Beth's success with Taste of Home has earned her numerous accolades. In addition to be a C-suite honoree on the Folio 100 list in 2019, she was also named Folio Editorial Director of the Year. In 2020, Beth was named a Change Agent on the Folio Women in Media list. Her recent promotion makes her Trusted Media Brand's first global chief content officer.
Beth lives in Milwaukee with her husband, John, and daughter, Claire. When not immersed in storytelling for brands, she loves working out, either running the amazing public trail system in MKE or riding to nowhere on her Peloton bike. She also likes getting lost in Animal Crossing as a distraction from her obsession with news and politics.
