At Text100 I work with talented people who care about what they do, who they do it for and how great the results are. My role is to help transform our global leaders, overseeing and managing strategy, helping to create new service offerings and identifying new growth opportunities.
Our global teams deliver multi-million dollar campaigns for some of the world's most important companies in technology, health and automotive.
In applying design thinking and systems thinking to large scale organizational challenges, we are successfully unlocking those new growth opportunities, accelerating decision making and engendering an entrepreneurial spirit in our global teams.
Previously I co-founded and led a $7m/pa content marketing agency (later sold to Text100), creating over 40 jobs in the UK and US and executing some fantastic campaigns and programs for global blue-chip clients. This followed award-winning stints as a magazine and website editor at Future Publishing, Chrysalis and IPC Media in London.
My experience as a leader of creative teams - always striving to enable people to be the best they can be - has been relentlessly focused on driving growth and value. The last 10 years has been centered on developing service offerings, defining and shaping digital agency service categories and identifying business opportunities for revenue and client growth.
My hands-on M&A experience (sell and buy side) covering deal structure and negotiation, IM creation (and review), due diligence prep and successful deal closure add significant value.
