Kirti Srikant is the VP, Head of Brand & Advertising at OppenheimerFunds. Kirti’s marketing prowess extends over 17 years and most recently her tenure includes over 6 years at OppenheimerFunds, where she transformed the brand, and 4 years at Citibank where she launched new innovative communication platforms. With experience in traditional marketing, consumer marketing, business-to-business and digital marketing, Kirti has dealt with a variety of industries including entertainment, manufacturing, commercial and asset management. Kirti attended Rutgers University and City University of New York to earn her BS in Corporate Communications and Marketing, followed by-an MBA from Columbia Business School with a concentration on Marketing Strategy and General Business Management.
Kirti serves as Board Director for a Fly A Kite Foundation the drives awareness of a rare pediatric brain cancer as well as on the Financial Communications Society, with a focus on children’s charities. With a keen interest in education, Kirti was recently appointed to Rutgers University CX Advisory Board serving to enhance the curriculum and equip future marketers. Decorated with accolades, she has been honored with the Advertising Working Mother of the Year from AWNY & Working Mother Magazine, 20 Rising Stars in Financial Marketing from the Gramercy Institute, , and a Brand Innovators’ 40 Under 40. Her last few ad campaigns have earned over 100+ honors across the financial services industry and in the digital advertising landscape. On her free time, she spends time with her daughter, Kiran in FiDi and sings in a band called The Mayhem, who performs for charity within NYC.
